THAI FOOD RECIPE PAD PUK RUAM MIT


The variety of vegetables used in this dish gives it an attractive colorful appearance. It is very easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
-2 tablespoons oil
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-1/4 cup sliced onions
-1/2 cup sliced carrots
-1 cup cabbage
-1 cup broccoli flowerets
-1/2 cup cauliflower flowerets
-1/2 cup sliced red bell peppers
-1/4 cup peas/snow peas
-1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
-1/4 cup bean sprouts
-1 tablespoon sugar
-2-4 teaspoons crushed pepper flakes(for taste)
-3 big pieces of chicken breast (cut them very thin strips style) marinade the chicken with soy sauce 2-3 hours before you start the dish.
How to cook:
1. Heat a large skillet and add the oil and garlic.
2. Add the chicken and the onions saute for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the rest of the vegetables. Stir-fry for 4 minutes. Add more soy sauce as needed to make some juice.
4. Serve with steamed jasmine rice! Good luck! Serves 4 people.
